Augsburg Class


The Augsburg class is an intensive study of a wide range of Biblical passages. Each passage is examined both in its historical context and in our present context. We often have lively discussions focused on the latter. A study guide helps us to understand the former. Each quarter is devoted to a theme that is illustrated by passages throughout the Bible. For example, a recent theme was "God Establishes a Faithful People," with a focus on close readings of passages from Genesis, Exodus, Luke, and Galatians.
