The Finance Committee provides oversight of the financial affairs of the church. Its functions include:

  • Preparing the annual mission plan, hosting forums to discuss a preliminary version of the plan, and presenting the final version for approval at the annual congregational meeting,
  • Reviewing contributions, other income, and expenditures,
  • Auditing previous years' financial records according to the ELCA audit guide.
