HTELC Supper Club

Please consider joining the Supper Club at Holy Trinity the next chance you are invited to sign up! We gather four times a year with a different group of people every time. Members include couples as well as singles.

Ross and Rebecca Whetten welcomed Warren and Judy Keyes, Ruth and Chris Fonville, and Knowles and Phyllis Parker to their home for a Supper Club gathering on May 14. It was the first get-together of the 2011-2012 season of the HTELC Supper Club. Everyone contributed a delicious dish to the meal —some of us tried out new recipes, and Judy shared her family's long-time favorite lemon sponge pie. We heard stories of the new college graduates in the Whetten family, of Warren's role in the musical, "Three Penny Opera," of how to grow moss in the Fonville's front yard, of walkable neighborhoods and locally grown food. It was a pleasant evening of good food and friendship, and we adjourned in time for all of us to get enough sleep before we gathered at church the next morning at 8:15.
